We have lived here for almosst 2 years now. We absolutely love the location, the staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and effective and the grounds are very well kept. Our only concerns have been with neighbors who have noisey dogs, however, it's an apartment and some noise from other apartments are to be expected. I agree that traffic can be a concern with people driving very quickly down the residential streets. Overall we love it here, but are going to have to relocate because we want a larger apartment and aren't willing to pay over $1,000 a month for it. This place would be nearly perfect if the price of the apartments were a little more reasonable.
