You would think such a beautiful property would have a professional office staff, WRONG! They lost our referral check, and notice to vacate. They never returned phone calls or emails. For the price I was paying to live there, they should have had a better office staff. I would NEVER live there again!

OMG! I so agree! The pregnant manager is the worst! Maybe she is just having hormone issues because of the pregnancy, but she doesn't do a damn thing! The rest of them don't care because they only make like $7 an hour...would you work hard for that?!

I lived at Providence for 4yrs and can't understand for the life of me how anyone could say anything bad about the manager. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I've ever dealt with in customer service. The community is beautiful and it has a lot of extras offered. Also, the comment about only making $7/hr, you should probably research your "facts" before writing them down. Apartment Management is a major in college. I highly doubt a college graduate would take a job for $7/hr. Your review only proves that you are uneducated and ignorant. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a well maintained, nice place to live.

Uh..apartment management is a major for "dumbasses" who can't do regular business or other respectable majors like finance or various other historical disciplines at a respectable liberal arts university. While they might make more the $7, they are still dumbasses, compared to their other degree holding peers.

To 4/10/09-the previous commenter was right. Apartment management is a community college type of major that's only offered at universities with less prestige. And I seriously doubt the people in the office earn more than $50,000 or even $40,000 so that's nothing to brag about. And it's not like they're academics who, despite being paid low, have prestigious degrees with PhDs or are conducting intelligent research or teaching at universities. Most of those women are simply white trash who use their first couple of paychecks to buy clothes from the Fashion Mall to cover up the fact that they are dumb trailer trash who should have just stayed at home and fed children.
