A very nice place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I had to move to IN temporarily so that my son could receive medical treatment at a nearby children's facility and, after having owned/lived in single family homes for many years, I was apprehensive about moving to an apartment alone with my 2 small children. Because my husband could not come with us (he had to stay behind in NJ to work), we did an exhaustive apartment search before choosing the Providence. I have to say that I was very happy here! The grounds are just beautiful, the amenities are top-notch and the staff is very attentive and professional. (I am still puzzled by the reviewer who slammed the manager--she is absolutely fabulous to deal with!) The office staff were always very friendly and helpful and the concierge was just an amazing, helpful lady!
It is a safe area, maintenance requests are processed quickly and issues brought to the staff's attention are dealt with very quickly (we had a few issues with the upstairs neighbor's parties; however, he knocked off the noise after a letter was sent to him). If you like absolute quiet, I'd just avoid apartments overlooking the pool.
The apartments themselves are very spacious and clean--and you absolutely cannot beat the amount of storage space you get (closets, outdoor storage, etc.)!
Really, I feel the prices are fair with respect to all the amenities/services offered. I am sorry that I have to leave this behind now. I'd recommend this complex to any young family/professional.
