Horrible contract policies/late payment.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Decent place to live, but not worth it if you have to break your lease. Payed rent online, however after consistent payments throughout the year, the computer would not submit our payment. We were charged $50 because it was their fault. Would NOT recommend.
