The office staff is extremely rude. Don't take to heart some of their snide comments and rude gestures. Their biggest ambition is to get you out of the office and signed on the line. Do not EVER take any problems or issues to them or you will just be considered a problem resident who needs to shut up and quit complaining.
The new manager is lost, confused and never there. The new assistant tries very hard and seems compassionate, although I have heard she too, is fed up and leaving.
Just don't try to be part of their community, you may not actually be welcome.
