Rude personnel. Corporate mentality.

My experience with AMLI has been extrememly frustrating. I am a highly educated and professional woman who has been lied to, hung up on, and treated with flippancy and condescension at every level of AMLI Management in Indianapolis. The details are never-ending: started with a deceitful leasing agent who told me what I wanted to hear to to get me to sign and ended with my having been asked to be put on the waiting list, cancelled instead, then when ready to move in was told I could either lose my deposit or pay an add'l $60/month other than what I signed up at. I've written AMLI national corporate and am awaiting a response. Next step is a lawyer. What they've done must be illegal. It's definitely unethical. They are completely self-centered and motivated by the almighty dollar. No one at any level seeks to understand or clarify. They believe only their own - who lie. Enough said.
