I have lived here for 14 months. I have enjoyed it very much. I never hear my neighbors when I am inside my apartment. I have met many nice people here. The prices are somewhat higher than the quality of service. Many accounting mistakes have made me scratch my head in wonder. I have only once had to deal with a maintenance issue. I feel great about how that went. I do not have to deal with the front office ever. So all in all, I beleive it is a nice place to live. I just feel there should be something extra for the money. My rent was raised 5% from last year to this year, but inflation is only 3%. I know you need growth in business, but not on the backs of loyal customers.
