Nice but units lack noise insulation

We tried the place but left after one month given the contract has a 30 day guarantee.

The units are nice with high ceilings and very bright. We have kids and the floors/walls are so thin you can hear everything. The neighbors were at our door the first night about the kids running around.
They have nice big garden tubs in both bathrooms.
