Overall I love my apartment here. However, I hate the water heater. Over time I've gotten used to warm showers only because the hot water runs out in about 2 seconds. Also, I live on the 1st floor so I constantly hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around everywhere she walks. She's either an Amazon Queen wearing concrete blocks for shoes or the structure just isn't that sound. Also, Look around a little bit before securing an apartment here, especially if you live by yourself in a one bedroom. Most places do not charge extra for water, and most places do not have an additional gas bill. So, no matter what your rent is, add on about 80 dollars for utilities that you wouldn't pay elsewhere. Other than that, everything's great!
