Fisrt off, if you need an extra month or two at the end of your lease, be prepared to pay an extra $200.00 per month "month to month fee"! I've seen the "horse dog" and it's huge! I think is's a great dane or something very big. My neighbors below me are very loud. Snow removal SUCKS! I couldn't even get out of my garage. The reason I live in an apartment, is so I don't have to shovel my own snow. The pool is nice for the few months it's open. The grounds are very nice, but if you sleep any in the day, get a noise maker or something to drown out the constant maintenance going on. If you don't rent a garage, be prepared to fight for parking or be prepared to walk a ways to your parking place. I suggest looking at many apartments before you settle on this one.
