This community looks gorgeous from the outside. The lawns are well kept and the buildings look nice and well built. However, the buildings are built cheaply. We lived on the 2nd floor and the stairs were beside our bedroom and literally shook our bed everytime one of our neighbors would walk up and down. The garages shake the floors and the elephants upstairs kept us awake all hours of the night. The windows are so thin I could feel the cold air coming through them. Every single morning at 7am kids would scream up to their dad on the third floor and wake us up. The neighbors in our building were very disrespectful. The kids would throw softballs right in the parking lot and hit vehicles on a weekly basis. I suggest you think again before leasing in this community. It looks nice on the outside but we found something comparable in price in the area that is 100 times nicer. Unless you love to party and stay up all hours of the day and night or you are a deep sleeper that doesn't wake up to anything I would suggest thinking again.

Are you sure you're talking about the right apartments? I've lived here a year now and have seen (or heard) nothing like you're talking about. I don't see how you could do better than this complex. I'd describe it as queit and peaceful, in fact I'm thinking of having my parents get an apartment here as well.

ehlenr: spoken like a person who lives in an apartment at the top of the building... my upstairs neighbors make so much noice tromping around it sounds like they are slam dancing while holding pogo stick campionships. I also hear any activity that requires running water, I feel like I am living in the middle of a water fall. Not to mention, my floor is noticably uneven. annoyedrenter123 - one word of advice: earplugs.

So -- PLEASE tell me where you found another apartment!!! The staff is unprofessional and are NOT trained to handle this large of community; the dumpster is HORRIBLE and none of the employees want to take care of it while everyone dumps furniture and clothes, trash outside of the dumpster, etc. NO WONDER THEY CAN'T SIGN NEW TENANTS -- ANYONE WHO DRIVES THROUGH THE COMMUNITY BEFORE VISITING THE OFFICE WOULD JUST DRIVE OUT THE OTHER END OF THE COMPLEX AND GO NORTH TO THE NEW APARTMENTS IN WESTFIELD!!!! Where did you find another apartment with garages???? I can literally hear the guy above me pee in his toilet, he slams his doors and drawers, overloads the washer with big boy clothes and it aggitates the heck out of my ceiling. The washers/dryers are SO out dated and small ------- PLEASE -- LET US KNOW WHERE THE OTHER APARTMENTS ARE!!!
