Avoid at all costs

I'm still here because I'm too lazy to move again and I refuse to move to another apartment. A house is next on the list for me...
Anyway, here are my reasons to avoid The village on spring mill.
1. Ridiculous lack of parking. I'm in a 24 unit building and there is 8 parking spaces. You do the math... Of course they offer garages at 85 dollars a month. I would like to meet the idiot that designed the parking area.
2. The layout... Who puts the only entrance to a bathroom in the bedroom. Yet another brilliant architect.
3. Thin walls. I hear my neighbors dog barking every day. Lovely. You can also hear muffled sounds of people talking.
4. Good luck having a steady flow of hot water during the winter
5. My first winter here I had 2 water leaks from the ceiling and water seeping in from the bottom on the walls in the living room. Water had dripped through a leather ottoman for about six hours. Of course the property manager told me I needed to call my renters insurance.
6. water/trash removal/gas added to bill... WTF this isn't a house.
7. Furnace is located in the dining room near the bedroom. Yet another brilliant design.
I'm trying to think of something positive about this... I can have my packages delivered to the rental office' oh wait, everyone offers that. The rest of the apartment looks nice' *shrug* I can't really come up with any pluses to this place. The people that designed the parking areas and the unit I love in should have their heads examined or better yet start looking for new employment in the fast food industry. Actually, I came up with one good thing. The maintenance people seem pretty good and prompt.
This place sucks badly. Avoid!!!!
