There were several factors which caused us to choose The Village at Spring Mill over other competitive apartment complexes. The village offered us spacious two-bedroom two-bath apartments with an astonishing amount of storage space. They offer attached garages with private, interior entrances which helps to sustain the sense of privacy. The walls and floors are of sturdy construction and minimize noise. Each apartment has a completely private balcony with peaceful views of the grounds, ponds and fountains.

The grounds are mature, well kept and lovely and represented one of the determining factors in our choice of The Village at Spring Mill. The property consists of acres of trees and landscaping with walking paths, ponds and fountains. Walking the grounds is a pleasure but sitting on our private balcony overlooking ponds and fountains is a delight. By comparison, the new apartment complexes that we visited were still under construction, with concomitant noise, dirt and construction activity. As well, these new apartments are sitting in the middle of grassy fields with no significant landscaping or trees and no noticeable ambience.

The staff are dedicated to their property and exhibit boundless energy in the pursuit of customer satisfaction. They worked night and day to help us accomplish relocation from the East Coast, providing us just the style of apartment we asked for in a great location, and ready for occupancy upon our arrival. Since we arrived their response to any request has been immediate and complete. Their commitment to service is outstanding.
