Good Apartment but be careful if breaking the lease

Yes, it is a good apartment. I used to live alone in a single bed room. All utilities are paid cable is free, so for $600 it is a very good deal. However I would caution potential residents: lease. Read the lease and understand what happens if we break the lease. You have to pay rent until they find someone to move into apartment. Also, forget about the deposit. They won't give that $250 back.
