I lived at Twin Lakes for 2 years and during this time I had my car broken into, 23 people had the tires on their cars slashed, and I was threatend with eviction. Want to know why I was threatend'''' Our drain was clogged in the kitchen and the maintenance tech came over to unclog it. Well he was not very bright and used muratic acid and did not dilute it. The fire dept. was called by an upstairs neighbor, mind you it was my apt. the stuff was put in, and she had to go to the emergency room and everyone had to stay out of their apts for the night. I recieved a letter like 2 weeks later about the police coming to apt. After prev. informing the management of what had happened. Yeah Kay is nice but the property manager and owner are -------s. Go some where else!!!!! And no I was not evicted and I paid my rent in advance every month.

I only wish I would have read this review before deciding to look into this property. I went to the leasing office today to inquire about these apartments and the guy there was a joke. I don't know his name, all I know is he said he worked part-time, but he was EXTREMELY rude! I was definitely not interested after that encounter. Then I visted another property and was talking to that leasing lady about my previous experience. She asked which apartment complex that was and when I told her which one she told me that she hears everyone there is rude and crude. You couldn't even pay me to live at Twin Lakes with THAT kind of office staff!

I went there today and thought the office staff was extremely friendly. Kay was a sweetheart.
