If you want to share an apartment with hundreds of spiders and millipedes, you should live here. I killed at the very least 125 spiders in my 8 mos here. They are awful and they are everywhere. The woman upsairs sounded like a 400 lb caged animal. The office staff is nice, but the one woman is a bit off. Everthing is updated with the exception of the bathrooms. They are original and disgusting. The pipes are rusting and leave an orange crust on countertops if not cleaned immediately (think about drinking that water). Some of the people are rather trashy considering it's carmel. No one watched their children and the children were obnoxious (I saw a middle schooler smoking while waiting for the bus one morning). Then management sent a letter telling people to drive slowly and watch for children. Why not remind parents that parking lots are not playgrounds. It's not my fault people are stupid enough to let their children play unsupervised in a parking lot. There are better places that are more visually appealing for the same price.
