Good Price, Good Size for Carmel

We lived in an 1800sq ft, 3 br, 2.5 bath townhouse at Woodland Springs Manor for two years. The downstairs is spacious, lots of room. Upstairs, the Master was big and the two smaller bedrooms were of adequate size. Very rarely could we hear the neighbors. Once in a while, the teenagers or young adults drove with the stereo too loud, but that's kids for you. Well-maintained grounds. The one or two times maintenance was needed, the problems was settled that day. The only reason we moved is because we bought a better house.
Don't know about the smaller units, but 1800sq ft and 3 bds for $915 a month is a steal in Carmel. And, it's conveniently located to grocery stores, fast food, Walmart, Target, etc.
