I have lived here longer than any other community I have rented from in the last 15 years and I call this place home. The maintance staff is GREAT! They respond quickly and may even help point out matters that may need maintance attention. They have a great website that you can pay your rent online. They just updated the clubhouse with excercise equipment...the clubhouse is free to rent! The clay courts need some upkeep, they have holes in the clay but otherwise taken care of. The size of apartments are unmatched and the patio sizes (even balcony's) are much bigger than most. Lastly, the assistant manager was promoted to manager not too long ago and she is terrific, she listens to your needs and makes sure things get done. Since she's been manager the apartment complex's needs and updates have been attended to very nicely. This apartment community is older, the only drawbacks are structural defects and the inconvenice of NOT allowing dogs. I can definitely say they take care of & respect their residents here.

I wanted to add, yes we have spiders and millipedes, but they will spray if you ask them too and it helps. I am NOT a bug person at all, but if I can stand it anyone can. I am sure it also depends on which apartment you choose and what your apartment backs up to. . . if you have the option of choosing a dry, well lit, not surrounded by bushes etc.. then your luck of bugs will decrease.
