I have lived here for 4 years and have both good and bad to say, which is expected I guess. First the bad:

- Be prepared for massive traffic in the morning rush hour. It is near impossible to turn left on 116th in the morning. You have to go right and turn around. Many times you cannot even do that though because you are blocked from 116th by people who insist on waiting to go left.
- Traffic noise also can be bad from Keystone. Even in the evenings when semis rumble through.
- The time it takes for them to address maintence issues can be long. This seems to be getting worse than when I first moved here. The maintence staff has changed a couple of times.
- There seems to be more of an emphasis placed upon what is good for everyone over individual concerns. At times there seemed to be no end to fliers that tell you not to break the rules, etc. Understandable, but kind of sets a negative tone.
- The apartments are older. Expect more issues with maintenance. My shower door was filled with crud at the bottom when I moved in. A yellow puss like substance mixed with hair that took alot of scrubbing to get clean, and it still looks stained.
- There was black mold in the upper part of the shower door. I took the shower doors off to clean it.
- A large mirror in the shower was not fully secured. The plastic holders had been nailed into the drywall missing the studs underneath.
- The framing that holds up the plastic covers for the lights in the kitchen had been placed in between nails instead of nailed in the wall. They finally used liquid nails to secure it but I had to tell them to do it.
- The windows cannot be cleaned adequately. They are so old that they have a milky appearence on the inside (storm windows).
- No private entrance. Door to bulding often slams annoyingly.
- Community washer dryer. You have to wait your turn.
- They will try to fix things over and over instead of replacing then like faucets and lights that are worn out.
- The grounds staff will point the blowers right at your slide door instead of going to the side, and blow dirt and clippings toward the inside of the apartment. Not fun if you have your door open.
- Sometimes there are alot of little kids running around so you have to watch it when you are driving, and some of the young drivers in the summer can be dangerous.
- They may not realize it, but they make you feel like you are complaining when you have concerns.
The good:
- The noise level at night has improved since they started closing the pool at a reasonable hour.
- The pool seems to be better compared to some others I have seen, although they had issues with algae or something last summer that required closure.
- The location is good. It is close to many things.
- The living rooms are big.
