I have lived hear for over 2 years, and found the office manager and assistant helpful and available. I have not had any problems with maintainence (sp') staff. They have always been courteous and respectful. Any issues which required outsourcing, those people, too, have been nothing short of upstanding and respectable. Problems' Nothing that is egregious, or even worthy of extra notice. The intersection of 116th and Keystone is just busy; and for weather, gobbs of snow is gobbs of snow. If I was not moving for a new job, I would still be calling Woodland Springs Manor home. I just can't take Them to the East Coast.

The place is a joke and your review is too...unless you are a WSM employee please do not compare this place to the East Coast!
