Our need to move to Carmel has been a wonderful one due to moving into Woodland Springs Manor.
Out of all the apartments we looked at Woodland Springs stood out due to the spacious layout and updated rooms.
The staff has always been courteous and professional. Also resolving the only complaint I have had within minutes and making it right.
The maintenance staff has been kind and always been able to fix issues with ease. The wait time could be better (within a week for non-emergency) but I take in consideration the other number of tenants with issues and this is not a complaint.
If I were to have any issues with the apartments at all it would be how drafty they can be during the winter, causing your electric bill to go higher during colder months just to keep warm. Also the occasional silverfish that shows up during the summer makes you uneasy at times.
The only reason we are departing is to own a home.
I would recommend Woodland Springs manor to anyone moving to the Carmel area.
