Old Town on the Monon (formerly Amli Old Town Carmel)

101 2nd Avenue SW, Carmel, IN 46032

03/31/14 by anonymous: I just moved in and from the very first contact with Stacie (Property Manager) everything has been flawless, she went above and beyond in my particular case on more than one occasion. Very genuine and seems to care about current as well as prospective tenants. I love my unit, has such unique features that you can't find in the cookie cutter apartments in the surrounding area. more

The Village on Spring Mill (formerly AMLI on Springmill)

14637 Handel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032

04/24/14 by anonymous: **Updated review** I think I might have jinxed myself when I wrote my initial review. You know the "2 parking spaces per unit" clause in the lease? Come one, come all - they don't enforce it! Let your freeloader friends/family come live with you - management will never know! Don't live here, but need a place to leave your car over the weekend so it won't get towed? more

Providence at Old Meridian

300 Providence Boulevard, Carmel, IN 46032

08/28/14 by Verified Resident: 1. So convient!!! Meijer is just on the other side of the street! There are some nice restaurants and bars just downstairs. 2. Safe. 3. The apartment is new with facilities in very great conditions. 4. The location of my apartment is not very good. I can hear a lot of noise from the street. But it is very quiet in the community. So I believe other apartment renters don't have this problem. more

Carmel Landing of Westfield (formerly Tree Top)

2223 East 151st Street, Carmel, IN 46033

03/13/14 by anonymous: Moved in Oct. 2013. So far I love it. Haven't had any issues. Staff is nice and helpful. I moved from a very loud apartment complex on the West side and this is a nice change. I love how quiet and nice the area is. Cons: Apartments are a bit small for the price, but that is expected in the Carmel/Westfield area. The laundry room on site is pretty small, only 2 washers and dyers. I can more

Woodland Springs Manor

3008 Warren Way, Carmel, IN 46033

07/16/14 by Harriet00: I moved to WSM in 2012, and I have to say I love it here. The rent is reasonable and my townehome is very spacious. The entire staff is awesome! They are always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance staff works very hard and does an excellent job keeping the property in great shape. Also, the staff cares about the residents. Once a month they have dinner and a movie, or some kind of more

04/12/14 by anonymous: I had a weeks notice to move into the Carmel area and I didn't look at many places. I found mainstreet in a rush and I took these apartments. These apartments have their merits. The staff for the most part were pleasant, however I recount two exceptions. There was a holier than thou doucher in the main office who drove a white eclipse and a rather obese handyman. Thankfully the doucher was more

Governor Square (formerly Woodland Trace Apartments)

1825 Jefferson Drive West, Carmel, IN 46032

08/28/14 by Verified Resident: We are having a great experience with the community, but there are some old apartments in the community which has to checked fully before handing over the keys. I faced lot off issues in the apartment but it was cleared when I raised a request. more

Alexandria of Carmel Apartments

1411 Fair Fax Manor, Carmel, IN 46032

06/19/14 by anonymous: I moved in on October 1 2013 and will be moving out next month (July). Helen the assistant manager was pleasant as was the rest of the office staff. No problems with loud neighbors, although loud dogs at night were an issue for about three months until they either moved out or evicted. If you have an apartment by the exterior doors to the building you can hear them slam at night but it never more

Mohawk Hills Apartments

945 Mohawk Hills Drive, Carmel, IN 46032

08/07/14 by anonymous: Overall I have had an unpleasant experience living at Mohawk Hills. The building has many querks, for instance I will often come home to an apartment that only has half the electricity working and flipping the breaker doesn't seem to help. Also, I've reached out to maintenance to fix the lights in hallways of my building and six months later, the halls are still very dark at night. more
