Great choice if you know what to expect - Staff is extremely nice! Rent is cheap, especially if you want to live in Carmel. Okay but cheap construction The carpets are terrible and the paint is unbelievably bad. It wipes right off the walls! There is dog poop everywhere. But the people are nice and it feels safe and quiet. The windows and doors are quite drafty.

We Love It Here! My husband and I love it here! The office staff is professional and very helpful and is always asking how we are doing. The maintenance staff is also very professional and very quick to respond to any issues. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and the grounds are kept well

Overall The staff are very friendly and ready to help at all times. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved in 24hrs and very efficient, they even changed our light bulb. Beautiful place to live and always have fun things going on in the community.

Not very friendly The staff give out too much information about the residents that live at the Lakes of Carmel. There has been some issues about rodents in the apartments. The staff come into the apartments without notice. They are not very friendly.
