We've live here for several years and have no complaints.It's a great value.Not super fancy.But clean and pretty well kept.Office staff is very nice and maintenace crew is always busy keeping things nice.Apartment is quiet.Neighhborhood seems quiet and safe.Nice neighborhood for walking or biking.There was a brief problem with rowdy teens, but it was handled quickly and did not return.Pool is always clean.As long as residents are thoughtful, there is no problem with getting a chance to get your laundry done.Grounds are well maintained.There is a pager # if you need assistance when no one is in the office.Just a few blocks from the highway and several schools.Some of the buildings seem nicer than others.I would have no problem reccomending this complex to others.
