When I noticed that my post dated check was cashed 3 days before rent was due, I checked my bank account and realized that there was $210 in overdraft fees due to the manager cashing the check before rent was due. I was going to get paid the day before rent was due and would of never incurred these fees if the manager would of cashed the check on the day it was due, since then I have been calling the office from 9am till 5pm and there is nobody there to resolve this issue. This is not the only problem I have faced with this horrible management. I have also had them come into my apartment at least twice without notification. It also took the maintaince people a month before they could fix my bathroom tile. I have numerous bugs due to the fact I have a large hole in my wall. I've had to not only to deep clean my house numerous times but I've also had to put out many mouse traps. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived in and have already made a complain to the better business bureau. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please take this advice and stay away from these projects!!!

Who ever wrote this, you need to go to your bank find out what bank that your check was cashed at and let both banks know the mistake. Whatever bank cashed your check including your bank should have never done it, if it was posted dated. you have a case. I feel for you I used to live there it was horrible. you can move out if there is that many problems. Key advice document, document, document. Take pictures, keep phone recoreds of when you called, and even send letters certified. Get enough of that and move out let management know with a certified letter and give reasons and if the reasons are documented and quailify as legal reasons, there is nothing they can do. Also if you have a pest problem that is reoccuring call the health department.
