In the year we have lived here, our water heater broke....almost a weeek to take care of it. Air conditioner is broke and six weeks later still not fixed and our thermostat is at 100 degrees inside the apartment. The pool was supposed to be open in May and four weeks later they are still getting it ready. Nothing is fixed, and the people that attempt to fix things are unqualified. We smelled burning in our apartment which was a light fixture, maintenance did not answer our emergency and we had to call the fire department. No one is ever in the office. This apartment complex needs to be condemmed.

I agree with you completely. Beware when you move out because Vickie will try to take your entire deposit for things such as repainting, that you know will never get done. I lived there for a year as well and had similar problems with that horrible place.
