I agree with some of the reviews I've read. Grissom Estates is not that bad. The apartments are nice. I love the manager. Kim is very nice and very understanding when it comes to paying rent. We're moving closer to my husband's parents and needed an extra week so she let us pay for just a week so we can be ready to move out. I thought that was very nice of her. The pet deposit does suck, though. It's an aweful lot of money to pay just because you have a pet or two. The hallways do smell a bit icky sometimes and I wish there was a washer and dryer on the SECOND floor.The maintenance guy, Mike is very friendly. Very helpful. He knows what he's doing. Overall, it's a nice place. My husband and I stayed for a little over a year here and it's been a good place to live.
