Not Bad - I agree with some of the reviews I've read. Grissom Estates is not that bad. The apartments are nice. I love the manager. Kim is very nice and very understanding when it comes to paying rent. We're moving closer to my husband's parents and needed an extra week so she let us pay for just a week so we can be ready to move out. I thought that was very nice of her. I like it here I enjoy living at Grissom Estates! The manager has always been friendly and I enjoy talking with her. The halls are kept clean and smell good. We have referred several people to Grissom. We are renewing our lease when it is up.

Grissom Estates Grissom Estates is not the worst place to live but it is not the complete best. There are basically the same problems here that you will find in any other apartment complex. You have some noisy neighbors and some quiet. Apartments are average. We moved here because of the location
