What is the first thing that you see when you walk up to a place' The overall appearance, the deck, steps, concrete, landscaping. Then how is it that are decks and steps are falling apart, there is concrete broken up and coming up, and we have no grass and when it rains we have lakes. This causes us to have an over abandunce of mosquites, flies, and other insects. Making it unsafe for our children and adults to go outside.
Getting back to the decks, we were told that they would be fixed this summer and when summer came,"they couldnt find the money to fix them". The planks are rotting and molding. The railing is spaced to far apart even as an adult I can fit though them. The railing is also not secure to the building you can move it inches at a time. One person backed up agaist it and the whole rail gave way almost sending him over with it. He had to reattach it, because they were going to charge him to replace it.
But when you say something to the staff about the problems they say that you are the problem and from then on you will have no help and it takes them two to three months to get to things that need to be fixed in your apartment that is a problem for all the children that live with these people that this is happening to as well as myself.
