Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have been a resident at Courtyard Square since March 2003. Seems everyone wants to blame the ex manager Portia on this poorly ran community. She has not been the manager for a few months and the problems still exist here. The current staff it seems do not have what it takes to run this place like it should be or is it the Management Company, Capri ''''' Maintenance still does not get done in a timely manner. So, now that Portia is gone whats up'''''
