I have been a tenant at Courtyard Square for several years and while I would agree that the management did take a small dip for a couple of years, the new manager and staff is doing very good at getting this place back to the better standards it once had. I have never had a problem getting anything fixed and everyone is always polite and easy to work with. Please take the other reviews with a grain of salt as it seems to be the same prejudiced person complaining all the time. If you are so unhappy here move. You are probably one of the people causing the problems in the first place.
