I lived at Courtyard for 2 years and it was a great starter apartment for my boyfriend and I before we found a house and got married. I never had any issues with maintenance or the staff, Portia got fired a few months after I moved there and things got better. All these people complaining of it being a bad neighborhood have also added that they were asked to move so what does that tell you. And the one who said it is hard as hell to get out, all I did was out in my notice and moved. I got my deposit back and everything, if you leave it dirty and nasty with things broken did you expect to get it back' For the price and the dedication of the staff I am glad of my decision to make Courtyard my home to start out on my own.
