I have lived here with my family for the past six years. Most of the time it has been good.The previous managers of this company were courteous, professional, ethical and always willing to listen. The previous owners made repairs efficiently. Not so with the current landlady.I waited six months for my window to be replaced and then they made me feel bad, telling me it was too expensive, and that they didn't have the money to make the repairs. In the meantime, my kid and I on a bottom floor had to worry someone might break in. The current management of this company always seems to be discussing vivid details of other residents issues with the complex in a deroratory manner as though it were our fault the place is falling apart. She told my neighbor that this place was the ghetto, well I live in this ghetto! And if it is a ghetto, it can only be her fault for not being pro enough in handling our problems with the apartments. Upon asking if my carpet would be cleaned (as was usual once per year with the prior management), I was informed that she was not obligated to do anything for my apartment and then informed me of the new rental rate which was 70$ higher! Since my lease was almost up, I stated I would probably be moving since she didn't want to do anything to keep me and my money there and she then said I couldn't move out cause I hadn't given the "proper notice." Most places I have looked at ask extensive questions about current references, seems to me this lady lets anyone move in. The grounds are a shambles and I don't let my kid play outside anymore since there is always garbage on the roads and in the grass. Not to mention the standing water in my courtyard, haven't they heard of West Nile' It's surprising that whoever owns this company haven't taken a deeper unbiased look at how she manages things there; I can't imagine they haven't noticed the amount of old residents who are moving out. If I had been writing this years ago before the new people took over, I would be leaving a good report; but no way now.

have lived in courtyard square for over 2yrs. now and i truley REGRET ever moving here,it seems that no back ground checks are preformed, that anyone w/rent money can get in. 97% or more are mexican, and these are the most dis-respectfull, nasty people that i have ever encountered in my entire life, and feel that someone should call INS and have this complex looked into, because it sure as hell seems that the management could care less. this is by far the worst complex that i have ever lived in
