I moved in Apr. of 2002. Some how I?m paying

$459.00 for a one bedroom apartment. The apartments right behide me I would be paying $359. Thats a whole 100 dollers that I would be saveing. When I moved in everything was fine untill. The people who moved in next to me. At all hours of the night they bang agaiest the wall. They listen to loud Music all the time. I been over there to ask them to turn it down they do but 20 mins later its on just that loud again and this at 12:00 A.M.. Then the guy who just moved in down staries just got out of Jail. How sad is that. They let people who have just got out jail live here. Where kids live and play come on now. The mamgment Sucks. The head mangment is A ----- to me but turns around is a sweetheart to my mom when she had to go in and explain to her that I didn?t break in to anyones car. After the head mangment said i did cause the people found my keys in there car.

After my boyfriends car was broke in to and my keys stolein out of it. My keys where in there because My boyfriends works at a car shop and they where working on my car. The mangment told me if it was me she was kicking me out. Also My Rent check for the month of July bounced because we put a check in the bank and then wrote the check for rent and we did wait 3 days for the check to clear that we put in the bank. Well anyways we had to pay a 50 doller fee and the lates fees for the bank mess up the bank wrote a letter explaing what happend and paied for it all are so we thought . Well the next month the mangent told me i owned them 14 dollers more for my rent for the next month well the day my rent was due i payied $459 like always and the mangment called me that day an told me that i owned the 14.00 for the last time and i said no I don?t the bank does and she said well you need to pay it today and i said well let me go to the bank and get a check and then pay and she said no i need it now or your rent will be late and you have to pay late fees. That was not my problem and i had to pay for it. oh yeah let me tell you some how some one in 1735 brought fleas in and they all over everyones aprtment. My cats have them really bad. I have bomed my aprtment and have had my cats takein care of for 3 months. Then about 3 weeks ago i started to see fleas again. I live in a hell hole and I so wish I would of thought twice befor moveing in here. This place became so getto even the mangent said it did and tired to blame it on the people who live here. Well I?m sorry I have always lived in a nice home and have had everything I want. I mean I drive 1993 stealth and I?m only 18 so I don?t see my self as being getto. She is the one who is Getto and has let this place fall apart. So to her you need help your aprtments suck. Belive me I won?t resigh my lease.

First off, that is A LOT of information about a very suspicious incident. Plus, it isn't a good idea to explain why a check of any kind bounces, because the reason is always the same. YOU SPENT MONEY YOU DIDN"T HAVE. I know people do it, obviously you did it, and chances are like everyone who has done it will do it again. Balance your check book. Having your own place at 18 is great. It shows the world your independence and responsibility. Try not to screw it up. Let the management do their jobs. If you have a noise complaint, take it to the authorities if you feel management cannot take care of it. There is only so much management can do and is required to do about noise. If you don't think it is enough, apply to work there, get hired, and change the policy. If you can. By the way, regarding your inmate neighbor downstairs. He did his time. Let's just imagine that you were arrested for having your keys in a vehicle that was vandalized. Wouldn't you want the opportunity to rent after you were out of jail? Chances are, you will not recieve the opportunity to renew your lease anyways.
