When i first moved here, the management team here was outstanding. they took pride and care in this little community. when this manager we have now took over, this place started falling apart, literaly, at the seams.if you can think of it, it is in disrepair here. we have more trash on the grounds than in the dumpsters. the maintance reminds me of the three stooges trying to fix something.if you think i am kidding, ask any resident who has had them work in their apartment, and they will tell you the exact same thing. we have had a plumbing problem for a long period of time. the stooges have tried four differant time to fix it. well, i guess i'll have to have an outside vendor come in and fix it.Next: lets address the management team. management team..an oxymoron here. if you have a concern of any type, dont bother taking it to them, because the head lady(Portia Macrae) doesn't care, and thats after you have to put up with the one that doesn't speak english.as far as feeling safe...we have a security patrol hahaha. the only time we have seen them, the guy was asleep in his white car parked by the office. anyone going to get their mail like i did could have seen it. and our first rate laundry facility...the quarter car wash is cleaner, and the equipment runs better. we have gone in to do laudry and have found people asleep on top of the washing machines. on a more personal note, i want to congradulate our head manager on winning an award for being such a wonderful manager. i have no clue where she worked to recieve such a nice award, because it couldn't have come from this place, because she couldn't manage a dog fight in a parking lot.i know someone who lived at the complex she used to manage. they went around for a week singing ding dong the witch is gone

How can you even post a derogatory comment, using stereotypical, sarcastic, and rude remarks-and not know how to spell. I dare you to take on a property management position for six months and see how your perspective on this matter changes. Why place the names of the staff in here? What slander! Why not discuss why the management is not nice to you. Let me guess, were you evicted? Had to move because you can't pay rent like all those responsible people there? Prefer to leave your trash out in the front of your home like some hokey? I think that if you have had so much trouble with this place, you should move. I believe that communication is the key. If you have issues with your apartment, address them. The management will not do it for you. You will waste so much of your life (what life you have) on this place you hate that you will never leave because it would take too much effort. By the way, if you can read English, you may want to read the user agreement for this site. I'll help you out- no actual names can be used. Hope you can edit your comment before your membership to this site is cancelled due to your inability to follow rules.
