These apartments are very run-down, have a lot of "trashy" people living here (by this I mean not what you'd expect-welfare, illegal aliens, etc), and are not kept up at all. The head maintenance man tries his best, I think, but he has no or very little help, and all of Hamlet, Mill Run, and at least one other complex to keep up with. Also, the management is awful. You make a complaint, they will say, "we'll send them a letter", and everything stays the same.
