My family and I moved in one of their townhouses in August. Maintenance is a joke. Our refridgerator freezes stuff in the section that's just supposed to keep things cold. We have gaps in our windows and a crack in our door letting cold air in. The fridge took 7 days for someone to come out, and that was after I called and complained to the management. It's still freezing our food. We've had to throw out gallons of milk and vegetables because of it. I called 5 days ago about the gaps in the windows and still no one has showed up. I had to turn in a written request. They will not like my next round of complaining because it will be to the management group. Also they cheated us out of our referral fee when we referred a family member to get a apartment at the Hamlet. The family member specifically told them that we referred them and the management put in that the Apartment Guide referred them. They won't fix it either. Management goes on the defensive when bring up maintenance issues. Makes excuses saying their maintenance staff is backed up. That says alot about their apartments. No maintenance staff on weekends. I hope we don't have anything major happen on the weekend. Took them over a week to fix the window locks on our family member's apartment. Very unprofessional staff. Not worth the rent. Toilets constantly run, sink drips. Also noisy neighbors and management won't do anything about it.

If you're looking at apartments in the area go to Charlestown Crossing in New Albany. Very nice apartment complex. I wish we had moved there instead.
