It's basically a hellhole in Hamlet. The matnience it horrible like everyone else has complained about on here. It took them almost 2 months to fix our bathroom ceiling caving in because of the upstairs bathroom.. The noise, neighbors and parking are the worst problem we have though. -------- blast their music and follow girls that are walking and won't stop harrassing them.. tons of cars without parking stickers park there and take all the spaces, even the handicaped spaces for the poor old ladies that have trouble walking.. And also the occasional skanks that call everyone whores and incest etc etc. when yet they need to OBVIOUSLY look in the mirror once in a while. I've called dozens of times on the neighbors being the way they are and of course the only thing management says is, "We'll get right on it"... Yeh right. So basically if you wanna move in here, if anything in your apartments screws up you may as well learn how to fix it yourself and if you have any trouble with neighbors and such your gonna have to fix it yourself as well cause it seems like the management is letting ANYONE move in now. Who knows what else is going on there.. Anyways, point is DON'T MOVE HERE OR ELSE YOU PROBABLY HAVE NO BRAIN CELS LEFT!!!
