I lived in these apartments for just a little over a year. You have to call the office several times before you get any action. The maintenance/repair work is shoddy when it is done. The repairs done to the doors, walls, ceilings in our apartment before we moved in looked awful. The leak in the ceiling of the laundy room was never repaired even though we called about it several times while we lived there. There were people hanging around outside of the buildings at all hours of the night yelling and cussing. The biggest problem though is the management. What we once thought was incompetence and miscommunication on the part of the two management people working in the office turned out to be even worse. They would consistently tell us one thing to our face and then later deny it later. I spent hours cleaning our apartment even though it was dirty when we moved in. After being told in person that we would get our whole deposit back, weeks later the manager insisted on the phone that she had never said that. They are keeping our whole deposit before of something that cannot be documented with pictures - pet odor in the carpet (I vaccumed and steam cleaned it even though our dog had been groomed regularly and slept in a kennel in the uncarpeted kitchen). Of course they also got a $200 pet deposit on top of the security deposit and monthly pet rent. Pretty good setup, I'm definitely in the wrong business. If you still choose to live here make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing!!
