I lived at Mill Run in 1999, and it wasn't too bad. I now (2002-2004) live at Hamlet, and the difference is like night and day. Night being Hamlet; Day being Mill Run. There is a new manager now, and a new corporate owner. They are really fixing the place up. When you drive by, the hedges are neatly trimmed. The manager does NOT put up troublesome kids. If the tennants get the police called on them one time for causing a disturbance, they are given 14 days to move. I have a friend who lives there and she would rate it as A .
