I signed a one year lease...big mistake. The walls are thin, the windows are ancient (so cold & hot air leaks in, depending on the season), kids are extremely LOUD, the electric bills are HIGH, and air conditioning is WORSE! I was told before I moved in that the electric bills never get very high, this is completely fiction. To fit my budget, I have to keep the heat on 65 degrees. The air conditioning in the summer never gets colder than 75 degrees and I paid a fortune for it! On a semi-regular basis, without notice, the apartment complex shuts off the water....hmmm...I could be in the middle of a shower. The kids are the WORST! Everyday since I moved in here, the kids play outside my window and are very rude when asked to keep it down. I've had to ask the staff to go out and quiet them a million times. When the staff talks to this kids, they leave until the staff goes home for the day, then they decide to come back and yell and scream! The playground is right down the street, but they refuse to walk that far. The kids have also thrown footballs at my window almost causing it to break...and who would be responsible...me! I've NEVER lived in a place this HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Rent is cheap, but the electric bill makes up for it!
