Great Economical Apartment

We have lived in Riverchase for 4 years and are now buying a house. It was a lot of room for the price, very competitive. Plus, they allow larger dog breeds (up to 75 lbs) and that was very appealing for us. You pay MUCH less than you would for other apartments. Parking is plentiful. They respond very quickly to any repairs - we only had 3 major repairs in the 4 years we lived there. They repaired immediately. Utility bills are low (and they pay for water). Good place to live and save money.
