I don't no if this message will get to the affice managers or not. My name is Virginia Owens I live in apt 608 apt#2 harvard drive, you know ,,,the one with the flowers. I am sending this to ask if I can have new carpet. when we first moved in the smell was awfull. it wasn't a pet smell, but a bad one at that. mainly on the stair landing. We purchased a steam cleaner and went to work for days still nothing would remove that strange oder.there are also rips on the end of the hall and the carpet that seperates the dining room. if I can have new carpet , I will be more than happy to work cleaning apartments or yard work. anything to help.PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!thank you, Joseph mattingly and Virginia Owens
