Good place to live. Very reasonable rent.

We were only here for 8 months but it was a good experience. The rent was very good for a two bedroom with 1000 square feet. We never had problems with the neighbors (one even helped us move in) or noise. There was never a maintenance issue while we were there. In fact the only time we called maintenance was to replace a couple screens when we first moved in. They responded within 24 hours. Not bad considering it wasn't even an emergency. Since we didn't have problems with our apartment we didn't deal with the office staff very often. When we did, they were friendly each time. When dealing service industry, if you greet them with courtesy and respect you almost always get it back in return. Sometimes I wonder if the people who have bad experiences with the office didn't contribute to the problem themselves by being rude themselves. The neighborhood seemed nice and there was never a safety issue even when walking alone after midnight. Overall I was very satisfied with living in River Chase. It's not the Ritz-Carlton or anything but for $509 a month for a 2 bedroom it was an absolute gem! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
