We moved in on September 25th, 2009 and started having problems 1 week later. We found a few baby cockroaches, we had rocks and mud come up out of our bathtub, and the vent from the roof was leaking into our furnace closet. We called the office to have an exterminator come for the cockroaches and when he showed up my husband was asleep and I was in the shower and the exterminator just walked in. The office had just given him a key. People hang out in front of our windows all hours of the night talking and being loud. We can here our neighbors when they're talking. I wouldn't recommend living here. The price is cheap but it's so not worth it.
