Let's see where to begin...
Carpet is terribly cheap, fuzz balls everywhere! Had to take dog to doctor because it kept eating the fuzz...

Faucet leaked. Tub faucet leaked - maintenance came over to repair it and the toliet that ran - still leaked and ran!
Vent in bathroom was hanging down from ceiling when we moved in. Drawer in kitchen fell apartment... A/c stopped working. Heat is HORRIBLE - upstairs would be hot and downstairs would be freezing!!!! Water heater had a major leak or something, they fixed that. Dishwasher NEVER NEVER EVER got the dishes cleaned... So all around it might look nice but the place is cheap cheap cheap... And management is two-faced! Make sure you do not tell them anything personal unless you want EVERYONE to know it! Also many residents got special treatment - isn't that considered discrimination' I know for a fact a case of discrimination - I work in a factory and one of my friends whom is hispanic went in to ask about an apartment and was told there were none available for at least month - when I had just called the day before and the assistant manager told me that there were lots!!!!

So you can see I'm extremely disastisfied with this place!
