My husband and I looked at our apartment before moving in, and it was very nice. We had a couple of problems with leaks while there, but the apartments buildings are old and we expected that. The staff on hand is very nice and plesantto deal with, our problems were fixed the first time we called and our appliances were not 1980's models. I just think you should look at the model of apartment you wishto have, then before signing the lease make them do a walk through with you to make sure everything is up to your standards and if it not then don't move in and don't sign the lease until they fix it. We didn't not have very many problems here at all. I felt safe all the time and mostly the people that live around you are nice and if they are noisey and you ask them to be quiet they say sorry and are very adult-like dealing with it. The only problem is I think the apartments are a bit over priced because they are not new, and they are made cheaply. But every apartment complex is made cheap, and the carpet is going to be cheap.
