I live in a 2 bedroom / 2 story apartment for 2 years..I hope my comments help you guys..Some issues might be specific to some houses i wrote (S) (General) for this reason.
-(S)If you are gonna be living in two story house with a roommate ' Thing again..Steps make too much noise.And there is no way to get in without waking up your roommate
-(S)AC Compressors are old and too noisy.You can not have your window open and fall in a sleep easily.(It is important that your neighbor has a new one NOT you )
-(G)Windows are too old.In winter the humidity freezes on the window.If you don't use the second window(They are both thin and no good insulation.
-(S)Even from the power plugs I felt that cold air was getting in.
-(G)Toilet bows are too small. Sometime you have to flush 3 times and get ready to be embarrassed because you can not check after everyone who uses your restroom.
-It takes time to set air channels to keep all the rooms at the same temperature.

Very nice neighborhood / No parking problem / Fast maintenance / Easy to keep clean
small but nice swimming pool June1st to August 31st./Good and Clean Oven and Stove and Refrigerator
