i have lived here for 10 yrs now ,and i love it everyday,its the best place i have ever lived ,without living at home with the parents,,the office staff answers your every need ,as well as mainten. the are at the top of there game ,everyone there is not only great but they bring it all to life and they make it comfortable for us all to live here,dont worry about what other people write in the pages that are bad ,some havent even lived here ,or seen it ,i promise you that.go there and see for yourself,you will fall in love with it as i did ,it is the top of the line ,i want everyone to go and check it out ,notice all the 7 and 10 year resident signs around,are they wrong to ,i dont think so,they are all so great,and very nice ,thank you and hope to see you there ,you will love it too,as we all do,and by the way ,we dont even have 1 apt.here that has a vaulted ceiling anywhere,wheres he from,and whats he looking at,but the fireplaces are nice and warm in the winter time,pools nice in the summer too,fitness at the top of your list,check out the fitness room,WOW,,ping pong,as well as the clubhouse too,,the dinners the staff provide for the residents at holidays ,different months, they are always doing something for us who live here .they make us feel like family here ,come see for yourself,join are family of residents here ,you wont be sorry ,only if you go somewhere else,we are in the middle of tipton lakes,,lakes being the key word there,,,very nice ,,

Lived here for 10 years? Wow, you seem to know all about the place including the interiors of every other apartment. I have lived here for less than a year now, and won't be here a day more than my lease requires. Intrusive, rude staff. (office staff, I think the maintenance staff is very polite and qualified.) The balconies are hazardous at best, not to mention an eye sore. Carpet is beyond description, didn't get to see it before signing, what a mistake we've made. I hope you never have to retrieve a package from the office. They are less than friendly. I can't wait to move.
