Apartments are okay for price. Not great! Okay if you want to save some money in the initial period of job. Apartment is adjacent to another low income apartment complex. Many incidences of serious robberies. Need to be very careful with your stuff when you are not at home. Better you have renter's insurence.
Matter of 2-3 months you will get fed up with the apartment and will start think of other alternatives, even if rent is high. Also, don't expect a positive/warm welcome from management. If you have a complaint, keep it to yourself. Don't go talk to management to get humiliated. Major misunderstanding of new manager about his role. Big attitude problem. Will respond to your request in few seconds with negative and go fix yourself response. Don't understand why he is there. Apartment complex is going to loose lot of customers because of this new dude. Just matter of time that owners realise it.

About my contract....Ending next month...Hurray!!!!!!

Where have you been? I've lived here almost 5 yrs. and we've had the same management here for at least 4 yrs! I have never had a problem getting anything repaired and the management has always been a nice to me and my family. My family and I are there often as we use the workout area and the children and I sometimes use the computer room. The way you treat others is a two way street....ever think that maybe it's how you come across with your demands? I always try to treat others how I want to be treated. Maybe you are one of my neighbors? The ones who let their children run wild and when walking by the front door of your apt. (which the door is usually open) it looks totally trashed! So, before you start running down someone else maybe you should take a step back and take a look at yourself!!! These are nice apartments with a decent price. I also don't expect the management to be my bff. They have a job to do...I don't think it includes being your or my best friend. You should go a couple of blocks to Walmart and purchase a dictionary...you could really use one!
