No respect at all for tenanent.
Normal response time to fix problem is 4-5 weeks.
If u go and tell the problem they will ask to find some other apt.
Not good for family at all.
40 year old place evrything is junk.

So Trueeee.....same experience....This new manager is a big jerk...doesn't think what's coming out of his mouth....think man think....You can take this guy to your home to scare your children...tell them if they don't behave properly, one day they will become like him...no life, no respect and no hope....just a looser...bringing your frustration on others (including but not limited to innocent, hardworking, calm tenents)...he says one thing and your are already his enemy...sorry to be so negative about someone with him I just meet 1-2 times a month...but it's difficult to forget that sad moments...you must have got the picture.
